With over 18 years of experience in the organization, he has consolidated a deep understanding of the markets in which the company operates, providing an integrated and strategic vision of internal processes.
In his role, Juan Carlos combines logistics management—ensuring efficiency in the supply chain—with quality supervision, guaranteeing that company standards are met at every stage. He also leads purchasing, where his sector knowledge and negotiation skills help optimize costs and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
His career is defined by loyalty to the company, expert sector knowledge, and a continuous improvement mindset, qualities that make him a fundamental pillar of the IBP Uniuso team.

Paco Cuéllar
Joined IBP Uniuso in 2019 as part of the Marketing Department, where he plays a key role in design, communication, digital marketing, and social media management.
