CSR IBP UNIUSO
Since its creation in 2005, IBP UNIUSO has shown a continued commitment to labor standards and the community in which it develops its activity.
As a result of this commitment, after seven years, the company provides employment for 9 people with fair wages and working hours from Monday to Friday and a part time schedule during the summer months and on Fridays, which allows the balancing of work and family life.
Every person is treated with dignity, equality and respect, while promoting an inclusive environment that encourages all employees to develop their potential.

IBP UNIUSO supports social integration of people through its collaboration with the Madrid Tennis Federation, the SD Tennis Academy of Carlos Moya, and the Ciudad de la Raqueta, supporting new generations both in its personal and social development and to develop the values that sport promotes, such as effort, spirit of achievement, respect, improvement, discipline, respect for others, tolerance, courage and integrity, for all young players of Madrid tennis family.
Our collaboration includes support for national tournaments, providing Spanish players with lack of resources the possibility to participate in high level tournament without leaving Spain and enter tournaments such as the Open Tennis Trophy Bejar and the Colmenar Viejo IBP UNIUSO Tennis Open.
We are conscious of the importance of the environment conservation; company cars at IBP UNIUSO are hybrid significantly reducing the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere.
